Starter:
Salmon tartare with dill and lime

Poached organic eggs on leek fondue and chive cream

Mains:
Roasted seabass filet on a basil coulis with red rice

Duck magret (breast) prepared with cidre and pan-fried pleurotus (mushroom)

Dessert:
Citrus fruit salad with green tea and fresh mint

French toast style brioche with salted caramel and crème brûlée ice cream


The dinner will take place at the Restaurant Felix, 99 rue Jouffrey d'Abbans, Paris (17th arrondissement), at 19:30. You can go there by yourself or join the group which will leave from room 0C05 at 18:30.
